滇西某高校97名学生口腔健康教育干预效果分析

Analysis of effect of oral health education intervention for 97 students in a university in Western Yunnan

目的 分析滇西某高校大学生口腔健康干预前后的效果,为有关部门制订滇西地区口腔教育策略提供参考。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选取滇西地区某高校97名在校本科生,进行口腔健康教育干预前后问卷调查。结果 干预前学生口腔健康知识总体知晓率为6.2%,干预1月后提升至88.7%(χ^(2)=132.310,P<0.001);干预前口腔健康总体正向态度率为62.9%,干预1月后提高至95.9%(χ^(2)=32.249,P<0.001)。结论 滇西地区高校学生口腔健康知识及相关态度有待提高,健康教育是改善大学生口腔健康问题的有效途径,“大健康”背景下应加快高校口腔健康教育步伐。

Objective To analyze the effect of oral health intervention before and after the intervention of college students in Western Yunnan,so as to provide a reference for relevant departments to formulate oral education strategies in Western Yunnan.Methods By using the cluster sampling method,97 undergraduate students from a certain university in Western Yunnan were selected for a questionnaire survey before and after oral health education intervention.Results The students’oral health knowledge rate increased from 6.2%before the intervention to 88.7%after the intervention(χ^(2)=132.310,P<0.001),and the positive oral health attitude rate increased from 62.9%before the intervention to 95.9%after the intervention,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=32.249,P<0.001).Conclusions Oral health knowledge and related attitudes of college students in Western Yunnan need to be improved.Health education is an effective way to improve the oral health problems of college students.Under the background of“big health”,we should speed up the pace of health education in colleges and universities.
