摘要
目的 开展乌鲁木齐市某中学学生手卫生知行现状调查,为相关健康教育工作提供依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,于2020年10月在学校六个年级随机抽取400名中学生,采用自制问卷调查手卫生知晓率、手卫生健康教育、学习生活对手卫生的影响。分析手卫生设施和健康教育、不同年级性别手卫生习惯、学习时间对手卫生的影响。结果 回收有效问卷370份,问卷回收率92.50%。有70.00%的学生从健康课获得手卫生知识,有57.84%的学生通过同学获得卫生知识,有70.00%的中学生希望知晓手卫生目的。学习时间为10~12 h的学生不仅对手卫生知识掌握程度较高(χ^(2)=11.416,P<0.010),在人际交往中较会分享获得知识(χ^(2)=9.571,P<0.023)并且较易付诸行动(χ^(2)=9.932,P<0.019)。学校手卫生设施和物品使用率普遍很高。中学生被要求手卫生时执行率为95.68%,个人手卫生满意度为97.03%。结论 中学生普遍在健康课、同学之间了解相关知识且需要较高,手卫生执行上保持较高的满意度。在此基础上学习时间长、善于人际交往的学生获得知识、传播和执行能力较突出。
Objective To investigate the current situation of students’hand hygiene knowledge and practice in a middle school in Urumqi City,so as to provide a basis for related health education work.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 400 middle school students in six grades in October 2020,and self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the impact of hand hygiene awareness rate,hand hygiene health education,and learning and life on hand hygiene.The effects of hand hygiene facilities and health education,gender hand hygiene habits at different grade levels,and learning time on hand hygiene were analyzed.Results A total of 370 valid questionnaires were collected,and the questionnaire recovery rate was 92.50%.57.84%of the students obtained knowledge from classmates,71.08%of the middle school students wanted to know from the health class,and 70.00%needed to know the purpose of hand hygiene.Students with a learning time of 10-12 hours not only had a high degree of mastery of hand hygiene knowledge(χ^(2)=11.416,P<0.010)but also share and acquire knowledge(χ^(2)=9.571,P<0.023)and put it into action(χ^(2)=9.932,P<0.019)in interpersonal communication.School hand hygiene facilities and the use of items were generally high.The implementation rate of secondary school students when asked for hand hygiene was 95.68%,and the satisfaction rate of personal hand hygiene was 97.03%.Conclusions Middle school students generally have a high level of knowledge and need to understand relevant knowledge in health classes and classmates and maintain high satisfaction in hand hygiene implementation.On this basis,students who study for a long time and are good at interpersonal communication have outstanding knowledge,dissemination,and execution skills.
