从“肥胖不孕”探讨肥胖对多囊卵巢综合征的影响

Effects of obesity on polycystic ovary syndrome from perspective of“obesity infertility”

基于《傅青主女科》提出的“肥胖不孕”学说,梳理肥胖与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的必然联系,总结肥胖对神经内分泌及卵巢功能的影响,指出肥胖通过内分泌机制引发胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症,并通过脂肪因子、炎症因子等加重胰岛素抵抗,使代谢紊乱和卵巢功能障碍进一步加剧,同时促使脂肪堆积,形成恶性循环。故以“肥胖不孕”的理论引出肥胖对于PCOS的重要作用,并以期为进一步探索中西医结合防治方案提供理论参考。

Based on the theory of“obesity infertility”proposed in FU Qing Zhu Nv Ke,this study examines the inevitable connection between obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),summarizes the impact of obesity on neuroendocrine and ovarian function,and points out that obesity triggers insulin resistance,hyperandrogenism,and exacerbates insulin resistance through endocrine mechanisms such as adipokines and inflammatory factors,further exacerbate metabolic disorders and ovarian dysfunction,while promoting fat accumulation and forming a vicious cycle.Therefore,the theory of“obesity infertility”is used to introduce the important role of obesity in PCOS,and to provide theoretical reference for further exploration of integrated Chinese and western medicine prevention and treatment plans.
