探讨尿毒清颗粒在治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Niaoduqing Granules in Treating Renal Failure of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者应用尿毒清颗粒治疗的临床效果观察。方法选取2019年9月—2022年12月在武夷山市中医院接受治疗的80例糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,研究组患者加用尿毒清颗粒治疗。治疗后,对比两组患者治疗效果、中医证候积分、血糖以及肾功能改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平以及中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白量水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肾小球滤过率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者应用尿毒清颗粒治疗具有显著临床效果,可有效改善临床症状,调控患者血糖水平,改善患者的肾功能,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granule on diabetic nephropathy patients with renal failure.Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy and renal failure treated in Wuyishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the object of study.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups re-ceived conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Niaoduqing granules.After treatment,the thera-peutic effect,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,blood glucose and renal function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postmeal blood glucose,glycosyl-ated hemoglobin level and TCM symptom score of the study group were lower than those of the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary pro-tein in study group were lower than those in the study control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with renal failure has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate the blood glucose level of patients and improve the kidney function of patients,and has significant clinical ap-plication value.
