妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响分析

Effect of Standardized Treatment of Gestational Diabetes on Pregnancy Outcome

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月滨州医学院附属医院产科收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照不同治疗方案分组,每组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组则是规范化治疗,比较两组治疗效果、妊娠结局、血糖指标和生活质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗效果更高,妊娠结局更佳,血糖水平更低,生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施规范化治疗措施,可有效改善指标水平,缓解患者临床症状,以此转变妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the obstetrics Department of the Affiliated Hospi-tal of Binzhou Medical College from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into 40 patients in each group according to different treatment plans.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group re-ceived standardized treatment.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy outcome,blood sugar index and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher treatment ef-fect,better pregnancy outcome,lower blood sugar level and higher quality of life score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized treatment measures for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the level of indicators,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and change the pregnancy outcome.
