达格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊2型糖尿病的药学分析

Pharmacologic Analysis of Dapagliflozin Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者应用达格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗的临床功效及药学作用。方法选取2022年1—12月永春县湖洋中心卫生院接诊的初诊为2型糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,以奇偶数方式分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组予以患者达格列净治疗,研究组给予患者达格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗。对比治疗前后患者的血糖水平、胰岛素功能、2型糖尿病病症反应证候积分及用药不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖水平、胰岛素功能、2型糖尿病病症反应证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、病症反应证候积分均低于对照组,研究组胰岛素功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于初诊2型糖尿病患者实施治疗,达格列净联合阿卡波糖具有良好治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical and pharmaceutical effects of dapagliflozin combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes who were newly diagnosed in Huyang Central Health Center of Yongchun County from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group in an odd-even manner.The control group was treated with daglizin for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,and the study group was treated with dagli-zin combined with acarbose for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.The blood glucose level,insulin function,type 2 dia-betes syndrome response score and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose level,insulin function and type 2 dia-betes syndrome score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glu-cose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and symptom score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and insulin function of the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes,dapagliflozin combined with acarbose has a good therapeutic effect.
