甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Repaglinide in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者接受甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月浦城县医院收治的70例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过随机抽签原则分对照组35例和观察组35例,对照组采取单一甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组则采取甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗。对比两组治疗效果(临床疗效、血糖指标、不良反应发生率)。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.71%)与对照组(11.43%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.182,P>0.05)。结论通过甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗,能够显著提升老年2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效,其血糖指标控制效果更好,同时该方法即便是在联合用药的状态下也没有显著增加不良反应,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 70 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Pucheng County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by the principle of random drawing,with the control group adopting a single glycemic insulin treatment,and the observation group adopting glycemic insulin combined with repaglinide treatment.The treatment effects(clinical efficacy,blood glucose index,and incidence of adverse reactions)of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group of 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of all blood glucose indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the ob-servation group(5.71%)compared with the control group(11.43%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.182,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and its blood glucose index control effect is better.Mean-while,this method does not significantly increase adverse reactions even in the state of combined administration.
