利司那肽结合基础胰岛素方案对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素功能与安全性的影响

Effect of Lixisenatide Combined with Basal Insulin Regimen on Insulin Function and Safety in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探讨利司那肽结合基础胰岛素方案对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者胰岛素功能与安全性的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年12月—2022年12月在洪梅医院内科及护理院住院的T2DM患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用利司那肽结合基础胰岛素方案治疗,对照组采用常规胰岛素方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的糖代谢指标、胰岛素功能指标及血脂指标。结果治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,同时观察组血糖控制达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽及餐后2 h C肽水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者稳态胰岛素评价指数水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者均未发生低血糖反应,且无患者因出现不良反应而中断治疗,无死亡报告。结论采用利司那肽结合基础胰岛素方案治疗可提升T2DM患者的胰岛素功能,使其糖代谢功能快速改善并可有效改善其血脂水平,治疗的安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effects of lixisenatide combined with basal insulin regimen on insulin function and safety in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 100 patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in the Department of Internal Medicine and Nursing Home of Hongmei Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lisinatide combined with basal in-sulin regimen,and the control group was treated with conventional insulin regimen.The glucose metabolism indexes,insulin function indexes and blood lipid indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemo-globin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the time of blood glucose control in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting insulin,fasting C-peptide and 2-hour postprandial C-peptide in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the in-dex in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the steady-state insulin evaluation index level of the two groups was lower than that be-fore treatment,and the level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and low-density lipopro-tein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,no patients in the two groups had hypoglycemic reactions,no patients interrupted treatment due to adverse reactions,and no deaths were reported.Conclusion Treatment with lisinatide combined with basal insulin regimen can improve the in-sulin function of patients with T2DM,rapidly improve their glucose metabolism and effectively improve their blood lipid levels,and the safety of the treatment is high.
