人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的效果研究

目的探析人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年6月临沂市中心医院100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,经双色球分组法分为常规组和研究组,每组50例。常规组实施基础护理干预,研究组实施人性化护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后机体血糖水平、干预前后负性情绪评分、自我效能感评分。结果干预前,两组患者机体血糖水平、负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组机体血糖水平、负性情绪评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自我效能感评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者的护理中全面开展人性化护理,可有效改善患者病症,获得理想护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in diabetes nursing.Methods A total of 100 pa-tients with diabetes in Linyi Central Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and di-vided into the conventional group and the study group by the bicolor ball grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented basic nursing intervention,and the study group implemented humanized nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,negative emotion score and self-efficacy score before and after interven-tion were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant differ-ence in the blood glucose level and negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose level and negative emotion score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of diabetic patients,humanized nursing can effectively improve the disease of patients and obtain the ideal nursing effect.
