健康教育在糖尿病护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Health Education in the Care of Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察在糖尿病患者护理中应用健康教育的临床效果。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月费县疾病预防控制中心收治的68例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对比组,每组34例。对比组采取常规护理,观察组采取健康教育。比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组生活质量评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组血糖指标明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识知晓率(97.06%)高于对比组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者使用健康教育进行护理后能够大幅改善患者的血糖水平,同时对于提升患者的生活质量和健康知识知晓率具有极其重要的促进作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the application of health education in the care of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 68 patients with diabetes admitted to Feixian center for Disease Control and Prevention from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine care,while the observation group received health education.Compared the nursing effects of two groups of patients.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of health education in the care of diabetic patients can significantly improve the patients'blood glucose level,and at the same time,it has an extremely important role in improving the patients'quality of life and the rate of health knowledge.
