多样性护理实施对糖尿病患者血糖水平和生活质量及护理满意度的影响

The Effects of Diversified Nursing Care Implementation on Blood Glucose Levels and Quality of Life and Nursing Care Satisfaction of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨对糖尿病患者采取多样性护理的临床效果,观察对患者血糖水平、生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年6月单县中医医院内科收治的116例糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据不同的护理方案将其分为对照组(n=58,常规护理)与研究组(n=58,多样性护理),对比两组血糖水平、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果研究组空腹血糖(5.22±1.12)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.02±1.08)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.31±1.31)%均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.874、4.534、6.901,P<0.05);研究组生活质量中躯体功能(86.61±4.48)分、心理功能(85.24±3.61)分,物质功能(86.61±3.81)分、社会功能(87.52±4.04)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.834、7.255、6.329、7.536,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.55%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.949,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的护理中实施多样性护理能够改善其血糖水平,促使其病情好转并提高其生活质量,护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing care for diabetes mellitus patients,and to ob-serve the effects on patients'blood glucose level and quality of life as well as nursing satisfaction.Methods The clini-cal date of 116 diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group(n=58,conventional care)and the study group(n=58,diversified care)according to the different care plans.Blood glucose levels,quality of life scores,and satisfaction with care were compared between two groups.Results Fasting plasma glucose(5.22±1.12)mmol/L,2-hour postprandial blood glucose(8.02±1.08)mmol/L,and glycated hemoglobin(6.31±1.31)%in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.874,4.534,6.901,P<0.05).The scores of physical functioning(86.61±4.48)points,psychological functioning(85.24±3.61)points,material functioning(86.61±3.81)points,and social functioning(87.52±4.04)points in the qual-ity of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=5.834,7.255,6.329,7.536,P<0.05).Satisfaction with care in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.949,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified nursing care in the care of diabetic patients can improve their blood glucose level,pro-mote their condition and improve their quality of life,and the satisfaction of care is high.
