全方位护理联合营养指导对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的改善效果

The Improvement Effect of Comprehensive Nursing and Nutrition Guidance on Oral Mucosal Response Induced by Radiotherapy in Nasopharyngeal Cancer Patients

目的探讨鼻咽癌患者接受放疗过程中实施全方位护理联合营养指导干预对改善口腔黏膜反应的效果。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月在我院接受放疗的鼻咽癌患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机编号抽签结果进行分组,对照组(50例)患者护理模式予以常规干预;观察组(50例)患者护理模式采取全方位护理联合营养指导干预;观察对比两组患者出现口腔黏膜反应的具体表现,对两组患者护理前后营养指标予以检测,比较组间营养状态,分析检测结果差异性。调查两组患者对此次护理模式的满意度情况。结果经调查,观察组患者未出现口腔黏膜反应及Ⅰ度口腔黏膜反应的占比高于对照组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ度口腔黏膜反应的患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组鼻咽癌患者护理前营养指标结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者白蛋白等测定值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者表示对护理模式的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者在接受放疗同时辅以全方位护理联合营养指导能够有效预防改善口腔黏膜反应问题,提高患者营养水平。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention on improving oral mucosal response in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 100 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who underwent radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into groups based on the results of the random number drawing.The control group(50 cases)received routine intervention through patient care mode;The observation group(50 cases)adopted a comprehensive nursing combined with nutritional guidance intervention as the nursing mode;Observe and compare the specific manifestations of oral mucosal reactions in two groups of patients,test the nutritional indicators of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,compare the nutritional status between the groups,and analyze the differences in test results.Investigate the satisfaction of two groups of patients with this nursing model.Results After investigation,it was found that the proportion of patients in the observation group who did not experience oral mucosal reactions and the proportion of patients in theⅠdegree oral mucosal reactions was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of patients in theⅢdegreeⅣoral mucosal reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the results of pre care nutritional indicators between the two groups of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.The measured values of albumin and other parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,patients in the observation group reported a higher overall satisfaction with the nursing model compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasopharyngeal cancer patients receiving radiation therapy combined with comprehensive nursing and nutritional guidance can effectively prevent and improve oral mucosal response problems,improve patient nutritional levels.
