开塞露应用于小儿先天性巨结肠回流灌肠中的效果分析

Effect of Using Kaiseru in Reflux Enema for Congenital Megacolon in Children

目的探讨开塞露应用于小儿先天性巨结肠回流灌肠治疗中的效果。方法选择泉州市第一医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的小儿先天性巨结肠患儿50例,以随机数字表法分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组患儿应用传统回流灌肠法,观察组患儿采用开塞露法,比较两组患儿灌肠时间、灌肠量,患儿的合作表现以及其家属的认可情况。结果观察组患儿的灌肠时间和灌肠液使用量均少于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察组保持安静的患儿为96.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,其回流灌肠合作程度优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。在疗效满意度方面,观察组患儿家属满意度高达100%,高于对照组80.0%的满意度(P<0.05)。结论为小儿先天性巨结肠患儿采用开塞露进行干预,先通过开塞露注入肛门排便,再用传统回流灌肠的方法为其清洁肠道,有助于减少灌肠液的使用量和操作时间,提高疗效和患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of Kaiseru in the treatment of congenital megacolon reflux enema in children.Methods Fifty children with congenital megacolon admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases using a random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional reflux enema,while the observation group was treated with Kaiseru method.The time required for enema and the total amount of enemafluid were compared between the two groups.The children were quiet,crying,and restless during the reflux enema process The level of restlessness and cooperation,as well as the satisfaction of the patient's family members.Results The time required for enema and the amount of enema used in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment process,96.0%of children in the observation group remained quiet,higher than 60.0%in the control group,and their degree of cooperation with reflux enema was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of efficacy satisfaction,the satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was as high as 100%,which was higher than the satisfaction of 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with congenital megacolon,Kaiseru is used for intervention.First,Kaiseru is injected into the anus for defecation,and then the traditional reflux enema method is used to clean the intestine.This helps to reduce the amount of enema solution and operation time,improve the efficacy and satisfaction of the patient's family.
