CT血管成像对脑血管病变的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of CT Angiography in Cerebrovascular Lesions

目的分析CT血管成像(CTA)对脑血管病变的应用价值。方法选择我院2019年1月至2019年12月接诊的脑血管病变患者45例为研究对象,所有患者均进行CTA及CT检查,对比分析参与研究患者的诊断结果。结果CT检查结果显示12例颅内出血、21例蛛网膜下腔出血、12例正常,CTA检查结果显示24例脑动脉瘤、9例动静脉畸形、6例动脉狭窄、2例动脉硬化、4例正常。以患者出院诊断为标准,CTA检查的准确率高于CT(95.56%vs.80.00%,P=0.024)。结论CTA检查对脑血管病变诊断效果佳,尤其是在动静脉畸形及脑动脉瘤方面的诊断中具有十分突出的优势,蛛网膜下腔出血问题的诊出率相对较好。

Objective To analyze the application value of CT angiography(CTA)to cerebrovascular lesions.Methods A total of 45 patients with cerebrovascular lesions received by our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and all the patients were examined by CTA and CT to compare and analyze the diagnostic results of the patients involved in the study.Results The results of CT examination showed 12 cases of intracranial hemorrhage,21 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage,and 12 cases of normal,and the results of CTA examination showed 24 cases of cerebral aneurysm,9 cases of arteriovenous malformation,6 cases of arterial stenosis,2 cases of atherosclerosis,and 4 cases of normal.The accuracy of CTA examination was higher than that of CT as measured by the diagnosis of patients discharged from the hospital(95.56%vs.80.00%,P=0.024).Conclusions CTA examination has good effect on the diagnosis of cerebrovascular lesions,especially in the diagnosis of arteriovenous malformation and cerebral aneurysm,and the diagnosis rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage problem is relatively good.
