中西医结合治疗在肺结核中的应用效果

The Effect of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析中西医结合治疗在肺结核中的应用效果。方法纳入区疾病预防控制中心卫生科2020年1月至2023年10月收治的肺结核患者75例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(38例)。对照组给予常规抗结核治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施百合固金汤联合生脉散加减治疗,统计两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的治疗有效率78.38%(P<0.05);观察组低热、盗汗、消瘦、乏力症状好转时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫指标、营养指标和肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者在抗结核的基础上给予百合固金汤联合生脉散加减治疗可以在短时间内缓解病症,促进肺功能转归,有利于患者预后质量的提升。

Objective To analyze the application effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment in pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 75 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Health Department of the District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to October 2023 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=38).The control group was given conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment,and the observation group was treated with Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Shengmai San plus and minus on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were counted.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 78.38%(P<0.05);the symptoms of low fever,night sweating,emaciation,and fatigue of the observation group improved earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).The immune indexes,nutritional indexes,and lung function indexes of the observation group were found to be better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of tuberculosis patients with Baihe Gujin decoction combined with the addition and subtraction of Shengmai San on the basis of anti-tuberculosis can alleviate the symptoms in a short period of time and promote the regression of lung function,which is conducive to the enhancement of the quality of the patients'prognosis.
