慢性病管理模式下护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者遵医行为和症状恢复的影响

Effect of Nursing under Chronic Disease Management Mode on Compliance Behavior and Symptom Recovery in Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨慢性病管理模式下护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者遵医行为和症状恢复的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2023年5月辽阳市中心医院收治的86例老年慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规方法护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予慢性病管理模式下护理,比较两组干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者自我效能水平、生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的自我效能评分、生活质量、遵医率、护理满意度更高(均P<0.05);观察组患者的症状消退时间更短(P<0.05)。结论慢性病管理模式下护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者应用效果十分显著,具有很高的优势,可在未来临床中运用和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing under chronic disease management mode on compliance behavior and symptom recovery of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 86 cases of elderly chronic bronchitis patients admitted to Liaoyang City Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 43 cases.The control group used conventional methods of nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing care under the chronic disease management model on the basis of the control group,comparing the intervention effects of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of self-efficacy level and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the self-efficacy scores,quality of life,compliance rate,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher(all P<0.05);and the symptom subsidence time of patients in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing under chronic disease management mode has a remarkable effect on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,and has a high advantage,which can be applied and promoted in future clinical practice.
