临床护理路径在老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者护理中应用的效果分析

The Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway Application in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的分析临床护理路径在老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者护理中应用的效果。方法采用随机数字表将我院2021年1月至2023年3月治疗的103例冠心病合并心力衰竭的老年患者分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行临床护理路径,比较两组患者干预前后的心功能指标、运动自我效能感及心理状态。结果干预后,相比较对照组,观察组LVEF更高,LVEDD、LVESD更低;运动自我效能感评分更高;SAS和SDS评分更低(均P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者护理中,临床护理路径干预能有效改善患者心功能水平,提升患者运动自我效能感,缓解患者负面情绪。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of clinical nursing pathway in the care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with heart failure.Methods A total of 103 cases of elderly patients with coronary artery disease combined with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the observation group(52 cases)by using a randomized numerical table.The control group practiced conventional nursing care and the observation group practiced clinical nursing pathway,comparing the cardiac function indexes,exercise self-efficacy and psychological status of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher LVEF,lower LVEDD and LVESD;higher exercise self-efficacy scores;and lower SAS and SDS scores(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the care of elderly patients with coronary artery disease combined with heart failure,clinical nursing pathway intervention can effectively improve the level of patients'cardiac function,enhance patients'sense of exercise self-efficacy,and alleviate patients'negative emotions.
