满洲里口岸多元饮食文化的民族志研究

摘要 本文主要基于田野调查以及历史资料,对满洲里口岸多元饮食文化的形成与发展进行了专题研究。其多元饮食文化体系的形成,主要遵循两条主线:一是农耕饮食文化与游牧饮食文化之间的互动交融,二是俄系饮食文化的不断融入。满洲里口岸多元饮食文化体系,既包含汉族、蒙古族、回族、朝鲜族等不同民族饮食文化传统,也含有俄系饮食文化要素。满洲里口岸特色饮食文化的形成与不断发展,有机融合了多种文化元素,充分显示出由多元饮食文化汇聚、交融、互鉴而成的一种地域性共同文化形态,是中华文化开放包容、多元一体的具体印证和生动体现,也是我国边疆地区多民族交往交流交融在日常生活领域具体真实的反映。 Based on field research as well as historical data,this paper carries out a thematic study on the formation and development of diversified food culture in Manzhouli Port.The formation of its diversified food culture system mainly follows two main lines:one is the interaction and fusion between the farming food culture and the nomadic food culture,and the other is the continuous integration with the Russian food culture.The diversified food culture system of Manzhouli Port contains the food culture traditions of different ethnic groups such as Han,Mongol,Hui and Korean,as well as the elements of Russian food culture.The formation and continuous development of the characteristic food culture of Manzhouli Port is an organic fusion of various cultural elements,which fully demonstrates a regional common cultural pattern formed by the convergence,intermingling and mutual appreciation of diversified food cultures,and shows the concrete proof and vivid embodiment of openness and tolerance of Chinese culture and the unity of diversities,and meanwhile a concrete and real reflection of the multi-ethnic exchanges and communication of the border areas of our country in daily life.
