摘要 科学社会学一再证明,科学增长与学术对话的频密度成正比。在人文社会科学界,学术对话是实现“实证研究可检验性”的主要检验方式,其重要意义具体表现在促进科学共识的形成、促进学术研究的精细化、避免重复研究、增强优秀青年学者的学术自信等方面。非正式学术对话更有利于前沿信息的快捷流通,也更有利于学者之间坦诚交换针对性和建设性的学术意见。无形学院的非正式对话主要表现为学术领袖之间的私人交往和跨学科对话。学术领袖的个人魅力和对话策略对其所在学科的发展起着不可忽视的重要作用。从共同体内部来看,个体与群体之间的学术对话,往往存在双向的“势利选择”。促进学科发展的学术对话机制主要有三:多样化的对话平台、平等对话的学术意识、青年学者的对话热情。青年学者倘若以学术为志业,就必须依托于一个或多个学术共同体,积极地与同行展开学术对话,这是现代学术格局下必经的成才之路。 In the sociology of science,it has been repeatedly demonstrated that scientific growth is directly proportional to the frequency of academic conversations.The importance of academic conversations is evident in several aspects,including the facilitation of consensus within the academic community,promoting the refinement of academic research,avoiding redundant studies,and enhancing the academic self-confidence among emerging scholars.Informal academic conversations are particularly advantageous for the exchange of cutting-edge information and the promotion of targeted and constructive academic opinions.There are three primary mechanisms of academic conversations that contribute to the discipline development:diverse platforms for conversation,awareness of equitable conversation,and the enthusiasm for conversation among young scholars.If young scholars aspire to an academic career,they must rely on one or more academic communities and actively engage in academic conversation with their peers,as this is the path to success in the modernacademic landscape.
