欧洲一体化是欧洲乃至世界历史中最具影响力和最受关注的进程之一。它给欧洲和世界带来的巨大变化,既重构了欧洲国家间关系,也使得欧盟成为塑造国际格局的重要力量。作为交叉学科的研究对象,欧洲一体化研究不仅获得政治学、经济学乃至法学等学科的滋养,也为区域国别学学科增添了新的动力。欧洲一体化的发展进程、影响和未来走向仍是欧洲研究的关注重点。学界不仅分析了欧洲一体化的动力和欧盟制度建设,而且对欧盟的未来予以展望。随着欧洲一体化的进程呈现多向多速的发展态势,欧洲一体化的叙事也从线性、单一逻辑转向多元、复杂逻辑,兼具历史导向的叙事和未来驱动的叙事、议题主导的叙事和国别主导的叙事。欧洲一体化理论研究和实践分析是由多种动力、多元主体和多重逻辑合力推动。面对西方主导的欧洲一体化研究的多重叙事,中国视角可为欧洲乃至全球其他区域的一体化研究提供议题设置、理论方法和实践路径等方面的知识供给,用自主知识体系推动有意义的学术对话。

European integration is one of the high-profile processes in the history of Europe and even in the world.European integration has incurred great changes to Europe and the world.It not only restructures the relations between the European countries,but also paves the way for the EU to become an influential global actor.As a target of interdisciplinary research,European integration studies have not only been nourished by Political Science,Economics and even Law,but also added new impetus to Area and Country Studies.The process,outcome and future of European integration still remain the focus of European studies.The academic community not only analyzes the dynamics of European integration and the institutional construction of the EU,but also makes forecasts on its future.With the development of European integration towards a trend of different-direction and multi-speed,which is characterized by differentiated integration,the narrative of European integration has also shifted from linear and unitary logic to a multiple and complex one,with a combination of history-oriented and future-driven narrative,and of issue-led and country-led narrative.The theoretical research and practical analysis of European integration are driven by multiple forces,subjects as well as logics.In the face of the multiple narratives of the West-led European integration studies,the Chinese perspective could provide knowledge input into the integration studies in Europe and other regions of the world,in terms of topic setting,theoretical methods and practical paths,thereby promoting meaningful academic dialogue with an independent knowledge system.
