摘要
农药残留是蔬菜中突出的食品安全问题,高效、便捷、快速地检测蔬菜中农药残留是否超标尤为重要。本文通过气相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜中常见的9种农药残留,对样品前处理的过程进行优化。结果显示,方法线性关系良好,回收率、精密度均满足多组分农药残留在蔬菜中的快速、高效、准确定性与定量分析要求。
Pesticide residues are a prominent food safety issue in vegetables,and it is particularly important to efficiently,conveniently,and quickly detect whether pesticide residues in vegetables exceed the standard.This article uses gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to determine 9 common pesticide residues in vegetables and optimize the sample pretreatment process.The results showed that the linear relationship of the method was good,and the recovery rate and precision met the requirements for rapid,efficient,accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi-component pesticide residues in vegetables.
