摘要
近年来,随着农业技术的发展,蔬菜中农药的使用量逐渐增加,农药残留问题引起了社会的广泛关注。为探究气相色谱法在蔬菜农药残留检测中的应用效果,本研究对哈尔滨市各大市场销售的常见蔬菜进行随机抽样和检测。结果表明,9种农药的回收率可达80%~110%,相对偏差<10%,检测效果良好;哈尔滨市9个市辖区均有农药残留检出,但均未超标,呼兰区和香坊区的农药残留检出率较高;9种蔬菜中,白菜和韭菜的农药残留检出率最高;9种农药中,啶虫脒的检出率最高,其次为多菌灵,三唑酮的检出率最低。综上所述,气相色谱法在蔬菜农药残留检测中应用效果良好,哈尔滨市9个市辖区抽检的常见蔬菜中农药残留均合格。
In recent years,with the development of agricultural technology,the use of pesticides in vegetables has gradually increased,and the issue of pesticide residues has aroused widespread concern in society.In order to investigate the application effectiveness of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables,this study conducted random sampling and testing on commonly sold vegetables in major markets in Harbin.The results showed that the recovery rates of 9 pesticides in the recovery experiments ranged from 80%to 110%,with relative deviations less than 10%,indicating good detection performance.Pesticide residues were detected in all nine districts of Harbin,but none of them exceeded the standard.The districts of Hulan and Xiangfang had relatively higher detection rates of pesticide residues.Among the 9 types of vegetables,Chinese cabbage and leek had the highest detection rates of pesticide residues.Among the 9 pesticides,imidacloprid had the highest detection rate,followed by carbendazim,while triadimefon had the lowest detection rate.In conclusion,gas chromatography demonstrates good application effectiveness in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables.Pesticide residues in the commonly sold vegetables sampled from the nine districts of Harbin were all qualified.
