富硒酵母姜黄素组合物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察姜黄素、富硒酵母和姜黄素联合富硒酵母组对酒精中毒小鼠的保护作用。方法:将喂养的小鼠均匀分为空白组、模型组、姜黄素组、富硒酵母组和姜黄素联合富硒酵母组,连续灌胃30 d,观察小鼠肝损伤情况并检测甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、丙二醛(Malonaldehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)等指标。结果:与模型组相比,姜黄素组及姜黄素联合富硒酵母组小鼠肝脏指数下降,且差异具有显著性;各剂量组小鼠肝脏MDA水平明显下降,急性酒精灌胃后,姜黄素组、富硒酵母组及姜黄素联合富硒酵母组小鼠的肝脏TG水平较模型组显著降低,具有显著性差异;各样品组小鼠肝脏病理得分有所下降,脂肪面积占比显著降低,具有显著性差异。结论:姜黄素和富硒酵母对酒精导致的肝损伤具有协同作用,补充姜黄素和富硒酵母能通过对抗氧化应激和脂质过氧化损伤,有效地改善酒精导致的肝损伤。 Objective:To observe the protective effects of curcumin,selenium-rich yeast and curcumin combined with selenium-rich yeast compositions on mice with alcoholism.Method:The mice were evenly divided into blank group,model group,curcumin group,selenium-rich yeast group and curcumin combined with selenium-rich yeast group.After 30-day administration,the content of triglycerides(TG),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH)and other indexes were determined.Result:Compared with the model group,the liver index of mice in the curcumin group and the curcumin combined with selenium enriched yeast group decreased significantly,and the difference was significant;The MDA levels in the liver of mice in each dose group significantly decreased.After acute alcohol administration,the TG levels in the liver of mice in the curcumin group,selenium enriched yeast group,and curcumin combined with selenium enriched yeast group were significantly reduced compared to the model group,with significant differences;The liver pathological scores of each sample group of mice decreased,and the proportion of fat area significantly decreased,showing significant differences.Conclusion:Curcumin and selenium rich yeast have a synergistic effect on alcohol induced liver damage.Supplementing curcumin and selenium rich yeast can effectively improve alcohol induced liver damage by combating oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation damage.
