摘要
干燥是稻谷产后重要的加工处理环节之一,对稻谷的储藏品质、加工品质和食用品质有极大的影响。我国每年有超过1000万t的谷物因不能及时干燥而影响其正常使用,从而造成稻谷资源的浪费。因此,稻谷干燥的研究对粮食行业具有重要的现实意义和经济价值,同时也是节粮减损的有效手段。本文研究了稻谷干燥技术的意义、方法及对干燥效果的评价,以期为稻谷干燥在粮食行业中的应用提供参考。
Drying is one of the important post-production processing links of paddy,which has a great influence on the storage quality,processing quality and edible quality of paddy.Every year in China,more than 10 million tons of grains cannot be dried in time to affect their normal use,thus causing a waste of paddy resources.Therefore,the study of paddy drying has important practical significance and economic value to the grain industry,and it is also an effective means to save grain and reduce losses.In this paper,the significance,method and evaluation of drying effect of paddy drying technology are studied in order to provide reference for the application of paddy drying in the grain industry.
