海南斑兰美食文化概述

Hainan Pandan Food Culture Overview

斑兰素有“东方香草”之美誉,以其特有的香气、天然清新的绿色和食疗价值深受海南人的喜爱。在海南的老爸茶店、小吃街、村头巷尾的甜品店里,都有斑兰特有的绿色身影,如斑兰千层糕、斑兰椰丝卷、斑兰蛋挞、斑兰茶等,斑兰已成为海南特色美食文化中重要的组成部分。用斑兰做成的甜品在博鳌亚洲论坛、海南冬交会上也深受欢迎。本文对斑兰的营养成分、食疗功效以及具有代表性的海南特色斑兰美食的做法进行综述,以便更好地推广海南的特色斑兰美食文化。

Pandan is known as“Oriental vanilla”,and is deeply loved by the people of Hainan for its unique aroma,natural and fresh green and dietary value.In the dad tea shop,snack street,and the dessert shop in the village head,the unique green figure of Pandan can be seen everywhere,such as Pandan Thousand Layer Cake,Pandan Coconut Roll,Pandan Egg Tart,Pandan Tea,etc.Pandan has become an important part of Hainan’s characteristic food culture.Desserts made of orchid are also popular at the Boao Forum for Asia and Hainan Winter Fair.This paper reviews the nutrition,dietary effects and the representative practices of Hainan characteristic orchid food,so as to better promote the characteristic orchid food culture of Hainan.
