摘要 近年来,食品安全问题层出不穷,对人们的身体健康造成了严重威胁,需要采用各样的技术加强检测。其中,气相色谱-质谱联用技术的抗干扰性较强,操作简单,检验结果准确,在食品检验工作中发挥了重要作用,尤其在食品营养成分、农药残留物、食品添加剂等的检测中得到了有效应用。本文主要对气相色谱-质谱联用法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MC)在食品检验中的应用要点进行分析,旨在进一步提高食品检测水平,保障检测结果的准确性,为食品安全提供保障。 In recent years,food safety issues have emerged one after another,posing a serious threat to people’s physical health.It is necessary to adopt various technologies to strengthen testing.Among them,the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has strong anti-interference ability,simple operation,accurate test results,play an important role in food inspection,especially in the detection of food nutrients,pesticide residues,food additives and other effective applications.This paper mainly analyzes the application points of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MC)in food inspection,aiming to further improve the level of food detection,ensure the accuracy of the detection results,and provide a guarantee for food safety.
