摘要
互联网技术的诞生给社会带来巨大变革,网络信息也由早期通讯向线上经营迁移。同时,网络餐饮形态下的食品安全监管面临困境,给食品安全带来一定的风险隐患。基于此,本文阐述了网络餐饮形态的产生与发展现状,分析了网络餐饮形态下食品安全监管面临的问题,并提出与之相适应的监管措施,旨在强化食品安全监管手段。
The birth of Internet technology has brought great changes to society,and the network information has also migrated from early communication to online management.At the same time,the food safety supervision in the form of online catering is facing difficulties,which brings certain risks and hidden dangers to food safety.Based on this,this paper describes the emergence and development status of the online catering form,analyzes the problems faced by the food safety supervision under the online catering form,and puts forward corresponding supervision measures to strengthen the food safety supervision means.
