摘要
食品安全是当前社会普遍关注的话题,关系到人们的健康和社会安定。因此,相关部门必须高度重视食品安全风险控制以及质量管理工作。本文阐述了食品安全风险控制与质量管理的重要意义,提出了食品安全风险控制策略与质量管理策略,旨在为食品安全风险控制和监管工作的有效开展提供支持。
Food safety is a topic of general concern in the current society,which is related to people’s health and social stability.Therefore,the relevant departments must attach great importance to food safety risk control and quality management.This paper expounds the significance of food safety risk control and quality management,and puts forward the strategy of food safety risk control and quality management,aiming at providing support for the effective development of food safety risk control and supervision.
