摘要
为了解福建省市场销售水产品中重金属镉的污染状况,对2020—2022年福建省内市场销售的1264批次水产品中镉含量进行检测分析。结果显示,1264批次市场销售水产品重金属镉的检出率为73.42%,平均检出值为0.119 mg·kg^(-1)。福建省水产品重金属镉污染问题较轻微,99.92%的水产品镉检出量在GB 2762—2022规定的限量范围内。
In order to understand the pollution status of cadmium heavy metal in market-sold aquatic products in Fujian Province,cadmium content in 1264 batches of market-sold aquatic products in Fujian province from 2020 to 2022 was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the detection rate of heavy metal cadmium in 1264 batches of market-sold aquatic products was 73.42%,and the average detection value was 0.119 mg·kg^(-1).The level of cadmium pollution in aquatic products sold in Fujian is relatively light,and 99.92%of aquatic products with cadmium detected are within the limit range stipulated in GB 2762—2022.
