Application Analysis of Immune Detection Technique in Food Inspection

传统检测方法检测程序复杂、检测周期长,对检测环境、检测设备、检测人员要求较高,而免疫检测技术能快速、灵敏地对食品进行检测,且不需要特殊环境和设备,操作简便,是目前食品安全领域使用最多、应用最广的一种检测方法。因此,本文对近年来多种食品安全免疫检测技术进行归纳概述,以期为建立完善的食品安全标准快速检测体系提供经验。

Traditional detection methods have complex detection procedures,long detection period and high requirements for detection environment,detection equipment and detection personnel.The immunodetection technology can quickly and sensitively detect food in a short time,and does not need special environment and equipment.The operation is relatively simple.It is a detection method with the most use and the most extensive application in the field of food safety.Therefore,this paper summarizes a variety of food safety immune detection technologies in recent years,in order to provide experience for the establishment of a sound rapid detection system for China’s food safety standards.
