摘要
与传统染色相比,黏胶纤维原液着色工艺的节能减排效果显著。在黏胶纤维纺丝原液中添加水性色浆后,由于颜料颗粒与黏胶纤维纺丝原液的相互作用,导致原液着色黏胶纤维在可纺性、着色效果和品质等方面存在一定风险。总结近年来原液着色黏胶纤维纺丝工艺的研究进展,结合已有的黏胶纤维原液着色用水性色浆研究和应用经验,剖析黏胶纤维原液着色用水性色浆的性能要求,并对黏胶纤维原液着色工艺的研究方向进行展望。
The technology of spun-dyed viscose fiber is widely concerned in recent years for its advantage of energy saving and emission reduction compared with the traditional dyeing process.However,after adding water-based pigment dispersion to the viscosesolution,because of the interaction between the pigment particles and the viscose solution,there are certain risks in the spinmability,coloring effect and quality of the spun-dyed viscose fiber.Based on the research and application experience of water-based pigment dispersion used in spun-dyed viscose fibers,and combined with literature analysis about the spinning technology of the spun-dyed viscosefiber,the performance requirements of water-based pigment dispersion used in spun-dyed viscose fibers were analyzed,and the research direction for technology of spun-dyed viscose fibers were also prospected.
