摘要
聚苹果酸是一种以L-苹果酸为唯一单体的具有优良可生物降解性、生物相容性、易修饰的高分子聚合物。介绍出芽短梗霉生物发酵制备聚苹果酸的代谢途径、培养基优化、发酵条件优化及其在生物医药、食品等领域的应用价值,以及在纺织品应用领域的推测,为后续深入研究出芽短梗霉发酵产聚苹果酸工业化提供策略。
Poly(malic acid)is a kind of polymer with excellent biodegradability,biocompatibility and easy modification with L-malic acid as the only monomer.The metabolic pathway,medium optimisation,fermentation condition optimisation and its applicationvalue in the fields of biomedicine and foodstuffs in the preparation of polymalic acid by biofermentation of Aureobasidium pullulanswere systematically introduced,which would provide strategies for in-depth research on the industrialisation of polymalic acid production by fermentation of Aureobasidium pullulans.
