课程思政视域下服装专业工匠精神培育体系构建探析

Analysis on the Construction of the Cultivation System of Craftsmanship Spirit in Clothing Major fromthe Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

基于高校服装专业工匠精神培育现状与用人单位反馈的就业数据,本着教育服务于产业发展的宗旨,以工匠精神培养为目标,以“一宗旨、两结合、三对接、四保障”为总体思路,从校企一体共育、师徒传承制教学、四方协作搭建创新创业平台等方面提出对策,多维度、立体式分析服装专业的工匠精神培育体系构建路径。通过运行“培养目标、课程体系、教学评价、毕业要求、校园文化建设、师资培养”校内循环,结合“学校定位、行业需求、社会评价、家庭期望、学生发展”多方参与的校外循环实践路径,实现该专业工匠精神培育体系的持续改进与自我成长。以期为同类工科专业提供一个可借鉴推广的育人体系,同时为服装行业持续输送优质工匠型人才。

Based on the current situation of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in clothing majors in universities and the employment data provided by employers,in line with the aim of education service to industrial development,it was aimed to cultivate thespirit of cratsmanship with the overall idea of"one purpose two combinations,three docking,and four guarantees".Measures wereput forward from the aspects of schoo-enterprise integration,teacher-apprentice inheritance system teaching,four-way collaborationto build an innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,etc.The construction path of the artisan spirit cultivation system of the clothing profession was analyzed multidimensionally.Through the practice path of the on-campus cyele of"training objectives,curriculumsystem,teaching evaluation,graduation requirements,campus cultural construction and teacher training"combined with the off-campus cycle of"school positioning,industry needs,social evaluation,farmily expectations and student development",the continuous improvement and sef growth of the professional craftsman spirit cultivation system in this field were achieved.It was aimed to provide areference and promotion education system for similar engineering majors,while contimuously providing high-quality craftsman talentsfor the clothing industry.
