抗逆、高产玉米新品种邯玉1604选育及配套技术研究 被引量:1

Breeding a New Stress-Tolerant and High-Yield Maize Variety,‘Hanyu 1604’,and its Supporting Techniques

摘要 在玉米生产中,高产稳产是育种者追求的目标之一,为选育高产、抗逆、广适等综合性状好的玉米新品种,以满足玉米生产上对优良品种的迫切需求,邯郸市农科院多年来一直注重优良自交系的选育,经过杂交组合测配,以自交系HF138-1为母本,以Haz02为父本,于2015年杂交组配选育而成的玉米新品种邯玉1604,2021年通过国家审定:国审玉20210428。该品种于2017年、2018年已连续两年参加黄淮海地区一年多点测试,2019年、2020年参加了冀·鲁·豫联合体的夏播玉米区域试验和生产试验。结果表明:2017年邯玉1604平均产量10335.15 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产8.13%;2018年邯玉1604平均产量10264.05 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产7.69%;2019年邯玉1604平均产量为11299.05 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产8.26%,增产极为显著,居第2位,在所有参试的37个试点中有35个试点增产,增产点比例为94.6%。2020年第二年区域试验中邯玉1604平均产量为\{11065.8\}kg/hm^(2),比对照(CK)增产9.66%,增产达极显著水平,组内排名第1位,在所有参试的41个试点中有37个试点增产,增产点比例90.24%。同年,该新品种参加了冀·鲁·豫联合体夏播玉米组生产试验,平均产量为10601.7 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产6.81%,在该组参试品种中居第2位,在40个参试试点中,增产点数有37个,增产点比例92.5%。国审品种邯玉1604综合表现为抗病性强、抗倒性好、田间早熟,具有稳定的丰产性,适宜于黄淮海夏玉米区栽培种植。 In maize production,achieving high and consistent yields is a primary objective for breeders.In order to select new maize varieties with high yield,stress resistance,wide adaptability and other comprehensive characteristics,which can meet the urgent demand for excellent varieties in maize production.Handan Academy of Agricultural Sciences has devoted significant efforts to inbred line development.After cross combination testing,the‘Hanyu 1604’maize variety was successfully created in 2015 by crossing the female inbred line HF138-1 with the male inbred line Haz02.This newly developed variety underwent extensive evaluation,including a two-year trial in the Huanghuaihai region from 2019 to 2020,as well as regional and production tests in the Hebei-Shandong-Henan consortium.The results showed that‘Hanyu 1604’exhibited a remarkable performance.In 2017,it yielded an average of 10,335.15 kg/hm^(2),8.13%higher than the control.In 2018,the average yield of‘Hanyu 1604’reached 10,264.05 kg/hm^(2),higher than the control by 7.69%.In 2019,the variety’s average yield was 11,299.05 kg/hm^(2),marking an 8.26%increase compared to the control and ranking second in terms of yield increase.Among the 37 test sites,35 experienced yield increases,with a 94.6%success rate.The second year of regional testing in 2020,‘Hanyu 1604’continued to impress with an average yield of 11,065.8 kg/hm^(2),outperforming the control by 9.66%and ranking first in its group.Of the 41 test sites,yield increased in 37 sites,constituting a 90.24%success rate.Moreover,in the same year,this new variety participated in the production test of the summer-sowing maize group in the Hebei-Shandong-Henan consortium,achieving an average yield of 10,601.7 kg/hm^(2).This result indicated a 6.81%increase over the control and secured a second-place position among the tested varieties in this group.Among the 40 test sites,37 experienced yield increases,accounting for 92.5%.Overall,the‘Hanyu 1604’national trial variety demonstrates strong disease resistance,excellent lodging resistance,early maturity,and stable high yields.It is well-suited for cultivation and planting in the Huang-huai-hai summer maize area.
