海藻酸钠寡糖浸种对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要 海藻酸钠寡糖(AOS)是一种可调节植物生长的新型绿色调节剂。为了解其对强筋小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,特选用强筋小麦新品种金麦1号,采用0 g/kg、0.5 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、1.5 g/kg和2.0 g/kg共5个浓度的AOS浸种24 h后再恒温(22℃)培养,研究其发芽势与发芽率及幼苗生长变化。结果表明:AOS处理可提高种子的发芽势2.0~8.5个百分点;发芽率比对照提高2.3~6.3个百分点;幼苗质量显著提高,种子根长、胚芽鞘长、株高、单株生物量、根干重和叶绿素含量均显著增加,处理20d时种子根长、胚芽鞘长、株高、单株生物量、根干重和叶绿素含量依次较对照增加2.0%~11.9%、4.5%~9.1%、0.2%~9.0%、4.3%~21.0%、3.2%~11.7%和1.8%~11.4%。适宜浸种的浓度为1.0 g/kg~1.5 g/kg。 Alginate oligosaccharides(AOS)is a new green regulator that can regulates plant growth.To comprehend the effect of AOS on seed germination and seedling growth of high-gluten wheat,the new wheat variety‘Jinmai 1’was chosen as experimental material.The seeds were soaked with AOS concentration of 0 g/kg,0.5 g/kg,1.0 g/kg,1.5 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg for 24 h,and then cultured at constant temperature(22℃).The study examined changes in the germination potential,germination percentage,and seedling growth.The results showed that AOS treatment increased the germination potential by 2.0%~8.5%,with the germination percentage increased by 2.3%~6.3%compared to the control.Significant enhancements were observed in seedling quality parameters,including root length,coleoptile length,plant height,biomass per plant,root dry weight and chlorophyll content.After 20 days of treatment,these parameters increased by 2.0%~11.9%,4.5%~9.1%,0.2%~9.0%,4.3%~21.0%,3.2%~11.7%and 1.8%~11.4%,respectively,in comparison to the control.The suitable soaking concentration for seed is between 1.0 g/kg~1.5 g/kg.
