粮食安全背景下陕南乡村产业发展体系构建思考

Construction and Reflextion on Rural Industrial Development System in Southern Shaanxi under Background of Food Security

陕南安康、汉中、商洛三市是我国生态自然保护区、南水北调中线工程重要的水源涵养区、秦巴退耕还林区、脱贫攻坚巩固区。经过多年的培育和发展,“四区叠加”的区位特征基础上,初步形成了经济作物种植产业、特种动物养殖、生态旅游、毛绒玩具工艺品等四大乡村产业体系。在粮食安全背景下陕南应作出适当产业调整,构建以粮、油生产为基础的生态农业五大乡村产业体系,适应粮食安全要求。

Ankang,Hanzhong and Shangluo in southern Shaanxi Province are ecological nature reserve,important water source conservation areas for the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project,and the regions dedicated to returning farmland to forest and poverty alleviation.After years of cultivation and development,and guided by the distinctive features of"Overlay of the four areas",four rural industrial systems have been initially established.These include cash crop planting industry,special animal breeding,ecological tourism and plush toy crafts.Under the background of food security,southern Shaanxi should undergo suitable industrial adjustments and establish five rural industrial systems on ecological agriculture based on grain and oil production to meet the demands of food security.
