摘要
我国已经建设成庞大的交通基础设施网络,交通基础设施建设由“建设为主”型向“建养并重”型转变,基础设施养护维修和管理将成为今后我国交通建设的主要工作,这种形势的变化为大学人才培养提出了新的需求。该文介绍我国交通基础设施养护管理人才培养的历史,探讨不同历史阶段交通基础设施养护管理人才培养的需求和课程建设问题,并对存在问题进行思考。在开展长期的研究生教学和培养实践基础上,开展教材建设工作。研究表明,大学人才培养应以行业建设和国家需求为导向,适应国家社会和经济发展的趋势。课程体系建设是推进人才培养质量提升的抓手,需要根据实际需求的变化调整课程体系。教材建设是课程体系建设的主要内容,亟需加强交通基础设施养护维修和管理领域的教材规划和建设工作。
China has built a huge transportation infrastructure network,and the construction of transportation infrastructure has shifted from a"construction oriented"model to a"construction and maintenance oriented"model.Infrastructure maintenance and management will become the main work of transportation construction in China in the future.This change in situation has put forward new demands for talent cultivation in universities.This article introduces the history of talent cultivation for transportation infrastructure maintenance and management in China,explores the needs and curriculum construction issues for talent cultivation in transportation infrastructure maintenance and management at different historical stages,and considers the existing problems.On the basis of long-term teaching and training practices,the textbook for graduate student was complied.Research has shown that talent cultivation in universities should be guided by industry construction and national needs,adapting to the trends of national social and economic development.The construction of curriculum system is the key to promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality,and it is necessary to adjust the curriculum system according to changes in actual needs.The construction of textbooks is the main content of the curriculum system construction,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the planning and construction of textbooks in the field of transportation infrastructure maintenance and management.
