高校青年教师师德师风建设长效机制构建研究

新时期下,高校青年教师师德师风建设已经成为我国社会主义特色精神文明建设的重要组成部分之一。青年教师是我国高校的中坚力量,为建立专业化、素质化的青年教师团队,因此需要加强高校青年教师师德师风建设。为加快我国教育事业的发展进程,我国高校都在重视青年师德师风建设。该文分析当前高校青年教师师德师风建设过程中的主要困境,并进一步对构建高校青年教师师德师风建设长效机制提出一些可行性建议,尤其是对奖惩机制措施进行细化,为深入进行青年教师师德师风建设研究奠定理论基础。

Under the new period,the construction of the teachers'morality in universities has become one of the important parts of the construction of the socialist characteristic spiritual civilization.Young teachers are the backbone of universities in China,so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of young teachers'ethics for establishing professional and quality-oriented young teachers'teams.In order to further promote the development of education,Chinese universities are attaching importance to the construction of young teachers.This paper analyzed the existing problems in the construction of young teachers'ethics in universities,and put forward some feasible suggestions for building a long-term mechanism of the construction of young teachers'ethics,especially the mechanism of rewards and punishment measures carried on the elaboration,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further research on the construction of young teachers'ethics.
