绿色金融对能源效率的影响路径研究

Research on the Impact Path of Green Finance on Energy Efficiency

作为实现“双碳”目标的重要手段,绿色金融为助力区域绿色发展和解决能源困境提供了新途径。文章基于280个地级市2010—2019年的面板数据,系统分析了绿色金融对能源效率的影响效果以及影响路径。研究发现:在进行一系列稳健性检验后,绿色金融对能源效率具有显著正向影响。影响机制检验表明,绿色金融可以通过优化产业结构和加强政府财政支持提高能源效率。异质性分析表明,绿色金融对提高东部沿海城市的能源效率效果更显著,且对非资源型和非工业基地城市的能源效率提升效果更为显著。本文为完善绿色金融政策和提升能源效率以实现降碳减排目标提供了经验证据和政策启示。

As an important means to achieve the goal of"double carbon",green finance provides a new way to help regional green development and solve the energy dilemma.Based on the panel data of 280 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2019,this paper systematically analyzes the impact of green finance on energy efficiency and the path study.The study finds that after a series of robustness tests,green finance has a significant positive impact on energy efficiency.The impact mechanism test shows that green finance can reduce energy efficiency by optimizing industrial structure and improving government financial support.Heterogeneity analysis shows that green finance has a significant effect on energy efficiency in eastern coastal cities,and a more significant effect on energy efficiency in non-resource-based and non-industrial base cities.This paper provides empirical evidence and policy implications for China to improve green finance policies and improve energy efficiency to achieve carbon reduction targets.
