摘要
数字经济时代,数字技术通过赋能数字平台孕育了数字零工,在此过程中产生了算法技术的滥用、人和科技主客体关系的颠倒等数字技术异化风险。数字零工在技术异化下成为了劳动不稳定和不平等、主体性和自主性削弱的单向度劳工。基于此,需要从数字技术应用、数字平台监管和数字零工劳动者等多维度出发破解技术异化风险。
Digital technology breeds digital odd jobs through empowering digital platforms,and in the process,digital technology alienation risks such as abuse of algorithmic technology and reversal of subject-object relationship between human and technology are generated.Digital odd jobs become unidirectional labor with unstable and unequal labor,weakened subjectivity and autonomy under technological alienation.Based on this,it is necessary to crack the risk of technological alienation from multiple dimensions,such as digital technology application,digital platform regulation and digital casual laborers.
