“健康中国”背景下高校心理健康教育工作探析

Exploration of Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of“Healthy China”

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出了“重视心理健康和精神卫生”的总要求,加强学生心理健康工作已经受到重视。然而当前高校心理健康教育面临着很多发展困境,具体表现在学生心理需求增强与心理文化建设相对落后的矛盾,严重心理问题学生增多与危机处置水平不足的矛盾,以及心理健康教育育人合力尚未形成的问题。面对这些困境,高校应在三个方面着力推进心理健康教育工作:丰富心理育人工作渠道,提升学生获得感;规范心理育人工作流程,提升干预精准度;构建心理育人共同体,提升全员育人合力。

President Xi Jinping put forward the general requirement of“emphasizing mental health and mental hygiene”in the report of 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the strengthening of students’mental health has been taken seriously.However,there are still a lot of difficulties in the development of mental health education in colleges and universities,which are specifically manifested in the contradiction between the increase of students’psychological needs and the relative backwardness of the construction of psychological culture,the contradiction between the increase of students with serious psychological problems and the insufficiency of the level of crisis management,as well as the lack of formation of synergy in mental health education and educating people.In the face of these dilemmas,colleges and universities should make efforts to promote mental health education in three aspects:enriching the channels of psychological education to enhance the students’sense of access;standardizing the workflow of psychological education to enhance the accuracy of intervention;and constructing a community of psychological education to enhance the synergy of the whole staff in educating people.
