随着我国步入老龄化加速阶段,老年人口流动也成为常态化的社会人口现象。但同时也会产生一系列的社会问题。其中被动流动老年人口身处异地如何适应社会、参与社会、融入社会,拥有适老化生活的问题,需要通过社会、政府、家庭三个层面共同支持,增强被动流动老年人个体能力,使目标群体达到“助人自助”的效果。真正实现“老有所依,老有所养,老有所为”。
