摘要
在乡村振兴的时代背景下,引导学生在相关领域就业,是衡量高校对地方社会经济发展贡献度的核心指标。从当前地方本科高校毕业生的乡村就业现状来看,表现为对乡村振兴认识偏差、反哺乡村参与不足。造成这一现象的原因包括就业指导课程导向交杂、就业指导涉农内容偏少、就业指导教学方式陈旧等。鉴于此,地方本科高校应通过优化课程体系、提升专业水准,丰富课程内容、完善涉农板块,改进教学方式、走进乡村情境等途径,提升就业指导类课程与乡村振兴的关联度,从而更好地发挥对地方社会经济发展的人才支撑作用。
Under the background of rural revitalization,guiding students to obtain employment in relevant fields is the core index to measure the contribution of universities to local social and economic development.From the current situation of rural employment of local undergraduate college graduates,it shows the deviation of understanding Rural Revitalization and the lack of participation of nurturing rural areas.The reasons for this phenomenon include the mixed orientation of employment guidance courses,less agriculture related contents of employment guidance and outdated teaching methods of employment guidance.In view of this,local universities should improve the correlation between employment guidance courses and rural revitalization by optimizing the curriculum system,improving professional standards,enriching curriculum content,improving agriculture related plates,improving teaching methods and entering rural situations,so as to better play the role of talent support for local social and economic development.
