摘要
新一代信息技术的兴起推动了国家文化发展朝数字化转向的战略部署。在国家文化数字化战略实施的过程中,文化数字化催生出的产业新模式和新特点,对于加快文化产业结构调整具有重要的导向意义。研究从经济学视角切入来探讨国家文化数字化战略的内涵特征、实现模式和运行模式,分别从技术经济学、产业经济学和系统经济学三个领域建构出国家文化数字化战略的经济学新范式,为把握和理解文化数字化研究价值和进一步探寻文化数字化战略运行逻辑及产业化实现路径提供了理论支撑和制度建议。
The rise of the new generation of information technology has driven the strategic deployment of na⁃tional cultural development towards digitization.The new industrial models and characteristics generated by cul⁃tural digitization have important guiding significance for accelerating the structural adjustment of the cultural in⁃dustry.This article explores the connotation,characteristics,implementation modes,and operation modes of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy from an economic perspective,and constructs a new economic paradigm for the national cultural digitization strategy from three fields:technical economics,industrial economics,and sys⁃tems economics.This provides theoretical support and institutional suggestions for grasping and understanding the research value of cultural digitization,and further exploring the operational logic and industrialization implementa⁃tion path of cultural digitization strategy.
