摘要
涡旋压缩机径向泄漏线长度是影响泄漏量的关键因素。为了准确计算和控制径向泄漏线长度,以圆渐开线+高次曲线+圆弧组成的涡旋型线为研究对象,建立组合型线涡旋压缩机径向泄漏线长度瞬时计算模型,分析型线参数变化(基圆半径、圆弧半径,齿厚调节系数、连接点、回转半径等)对泄漏线长度的影响。结果表明:该模型能够准确计算组合型线涡旋压缩机径向瞬时泄漏线长度,得出不同参数下泄漏线长度随主轴转角的变化规律,分析出型线参数对泄漏线长度的影响程度。为控制泄漏线长度和减小涡旋压缩机泄漏量提供参考,同时该模型还适用于其它型线径向泄漏线长度的计算。
The radial leakage line length of scroll compressor is the key factor influencing the leakage quantity.In order to accurately calculate and control the radial leakage line length,and set the circle involute and high order curve of circular arc type vortex line as the research object,the instantaneous calculation model for the radial leakage line length of a combined profile vortex compressor was set up,and the influence of changes in profile parameters(base circle radius,arc radius,tooth thickness adjustment coefficient,connection points,turning radius etc.)on the leakage line length was analyzed.The results show that the model can accurately calculate the radial instantaneous leakage line length of the combined profile scroll compressor,the variation rule of the leakage line length with the spindle angle under different parameters was obtained,and the influence of profile parameters on the leakage line length was analyzed.This model can be used to control the leakage line length and reduce the leakage amount of scroll compressor,and is suitable for the calculation of the radial leakage line length of other profiles as well.
