摘要
螺杆空压机因可靠性高、维护方便以及动力平衡性好等优势被广泛应用于空气动力等工业领域。润滑油的喷入,降低了螺杆空压机的排气温度、改善了空压机的效率,但同时增大了空压机的功耗。螺杆空压机的喷油量应该根据理论公式求取、结合实际系统修正。润滑油的雾化程度同样影响空压机的容积效率和绝热效率,理论上看喷雾流可以充分的与压缩空气换热,效果最佳。变频螺杆空压机的运行性能和喷油特性关系更加密切,为使空压机在不同转速下性能最佳,应该在空压机油路系统安装油量调节装置。
Screw air compressors are widely used in industrial fields such as aerodynamics due to the advantages of high reliability,convenient maintenance,and good power balance.The injection of lubricating oil has reduced the exhaust temperature of screw air compressor,improved the efficiency of compressor,but increased the power consumption of compressor as well.The oil injection amount of screw air compressor should be calculated based on theoretical formulas and corrected conbined with the actual system.The atomization degree of lubricating oil also affects the volumetric efficiency and adiabatic efficiency of air compressor.Theoretically,the spray flow can fully exchange heat with compressed air with the best effect.The operating performance of the variable frequency screw air compressor is more closely related to the oil injection characteristics.In order to achieve the best performance of air compressor at different speeds,an oil adjustment device should be installed in the oil pipeline system of air compressor.
