航改型燃机燃调阀故障原因分析及改进措施

摘要 燃驱压缩机机组作为长输管道系统中的最主要动力设备,其安全可靠运行对整个管输系统的高效、平稳运行影响至深。机组设备中燃料气调节阀故障频发,为安全生产埋下了隐患。为把燃料气调节阀故障的次数降到最少,尽可能提高机组运转的可靠性,需要对燃料气系统、燃料气调节阀的故障状况、主要故障、发展趋势等进行全面分析,找出其中规律,采取针对措施,预防和减少故障,以确保机组的安全运行。 As the main power equipment in the long-distance pipeline system,the safe and reliable operation of gas driven compressor unit has a deep impact on the efficient and stable operation of the whole pipeline system.Frequent failures of fuel gas control valve in the unit equipment have buried hidden dangers for safety production.In order to minimize the number of failures of fuel gas control valve and improve the reliability of unit operation as much as possible,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the failure status,main failures and development trend of fuel gas system and fuel gas control valve,and to find out the laws,and to take targeted measures to prevent and reduce failures,so as to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
