摘要
为了推动低成本、高效能的国产化异丁烯异构化制正丁烯催化剂的研发和工业化应用,本工作采用国产异丁烯异构化催化剂在13万吨异丁烯异构装置上进行了工业化应用。从一年的工业装置100%负荷运行数据可以看出,国产SHBSI-01异丁烯异构催化剂十一个周期的正丁烯收率均达到21%以上,副产品收率为3.50%~6.77%,仅为进口催化剂的1/3左右,长周期运行稳定,完全能满足实际工业生产要求,实现了进口催化剂的国产化替代。
In order to promote the development and industrial application of low-cost and efficient domestically produced isobutene isomerization catalysts for producing n-butene,the localization isobutene isomerization catalyst was industrially applied on a 1.3´105 t/a isobutene isomerization unit in this work.From the 100%load operation data of one year's industrial plant,it could be known that the yield of n-butene by the domestic SHBSI-01 isobutene isomerization catalyst reached over 21%over eleven operating cycles,the byproduct yield was 3.50%-6.77%which was only about one-third of the imported catalyst,and the long-term operation was stable.It could fully meet the actual industrial production requirements,achieving the domestic substitution of imported catalysts.
