走航监测在石化企业挥发性有机物管控中的应用

摘要 目前,石化行业正不断深入推进VOCs治理,主要排放点源基本得到有效管控,但仍有较多无组织排放点位比较隐蔽,不容易被发现,管控治理存在一定难度。文章介绍了某炼化企业利用车载检测设备对厂区进行走航监测,分析走航监测的快速分析、精准溯源的优势,帮助企业更加快速高效地发现VOCs排放点源,实现精准治理。 As the petrochemical industry continues to advance the management of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),effective control has been achieved over major emission sources.However,many unorganized emission points remain concealed and challenging to detect,posing difficulties in control and management.This paper presents a case study of a refining and chemical enterprise employing vehicle-mounted detection equipment for cruise monitoring of the plant area.The paper analyzes the advantages of cruise monitoring in rapid analysis and precise source tracing,demonstrating how this approach helps enterprises to quickly and efficiently identify VOCs emission sources for accurate management.
