摘要
在域外中国形象演变的漫长历史中,20世纪30年代埃德加·斯诺所建构的红色中国形象开创了书写中国故事的新范式。斯诺所建构的红色中国形象来源于在中、美等国社会化过程中所内化的主客观现实,特别是美国价值与中国现实的碰撞,塑造了斯诺独特的社会网络和社会角色体验,通过斯诺式的塑造方式将红色中国的客观现实客体化,将中国与世界相联系,由个体和群体再次外化以改造客观世界。斯诺吸引了一批国际友人完善和发展红色中国形象,改变了传统西方视角下的中国形象,也为中国革命提供了动力,为中国抗日战争的胜利赢得了一定的国际支援。
In the long history of the evolution of the image of China outside the territory,the image of red China constructed by Edgar Snow in the 1930s created a new paradigm for writing Chinese storiesThe image of red China constructed by Snow is derived from the subjective and objective reality internalized in the process of socialization in China,the United States and other countries,especially the collision of American values and Chinese reality,which shaped Snows unique social network and social role experienceThrough the Snow-style shaping method,the objective reality of Red China is objectified,China is connected with the world,and individuals and groups are externalized again to transform the objective worldSnow attracted a group of international friends to improve and develop the image of Red China,which changed the traditional image of China in the WestIt also provided impetus for the Chinese revolution and won a certain amount of international support for the victory of China’s Anti-Japanese War.
